Skylark Holdings Co., Ltd. will engage in social media activities in accordance with its corporate philosophy.
We understand that once information is posted, it cannot be completely deleted, and will make a responsible effort to make sensible comments and posts to avoid causing misunderstandings among users.

The Company will not accept any liability for any damages caused by the use of its social media or a failure to use it for any reason.
Due to the nature of social media, we do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of information transmitted from social media accounts.

Official Account Community Guidelines

These Official Account Community Guidelines (hereinafter referred to as "these Community Guidelines") define rules for using official accounts on social media platforms (hereinafter referred to as "Official Accounts") established by the Company in accordance with its Social Media Policy. In order to facilitate better communication, please read and understand these Community Guidelines before using our Official Accounts.

Compliance with the Terms and Conditions of Use and this Social Media Policy

When using Official Accounts, all users are required to comply with the terms and conditions of use set forth by each social media service, and these Community Guidelines. "When using Official Accounts" means when posting or commenting, etc., on the Company's Official Accounts.

Access to Your Basic Personal Information

If you confirm permission to access your name, profile picture, gender, network, user ID, friends lists and other information that is open to all users and continue, you are deemed to have agreed to these Community Guidelines.

  • The Company is not responsible whatsoever for content posted by users.
  • Please be aware that we cannot respond to all individual posts or direct messages (DMs) submitted by users.
  • We do not follow back all users who follow the Company's Official Account. Even if the user does not follow an Official Account, we may follow that user from an Official Account.
  • We may also "like" or "retweet" a user's post from an Official Account.
  • The Company is not responsible in any way for damages arising from trouble between users or between users and third parties.
  • When posting text, software, music, sound, photographs, graphics, videos, page layouts, designs and any other content to Official Accounts, users confirm before posting them that they are protected by their respective copyrights, trademark rights, rights related to service marks, patent rights and/or other proprietary rights and laws.
  • The Company, as the account operator, does not accept any liability whatsoever for any damages caused by the use of, or inability to use, its Official Accounts for any reason whatsoever. We cannot answer questions regarding issues such as system operation status and technical questions regarding social media platforms, or questions regarding functionality of and/or how to use software.
  • Operation of Official Accounts may be terminated, and Official Accounts may be deleted without notice.

Deletion of Posts

In order to enable better communication on Official Accounts, please do not make posts on Official Accounts that fall under the following, which may be subject to removal (deletion). The Company may remove (delete) such posts (including comments, photos, videos, links and other content) as necessary.

  • Comments or posting of URLs for yourself or a third party for the purpose of commercial gain
  • Comments that are defamatory, or contrary to public order and morals
  • Comments that infringe upon the rights of others (copyrights, trademark rights, portrait rights, etc.)
  • Expressions that may make other users uncomfortable (obscene, violent, cruel, discriminatory, etc.)
  • Acts that interfere with smooth operation or cause trouble to others
  • Personal experiences, impressions or unfounded gossip, etc., that may mislead other users
  • Comments related to religion or personal philosophy
  • Private information (e.g., your own or another person's email address, phone number or address, etc.)
    *If you post private information, we will promptly delete it.
  • Comments using someone else's name or handle, impersonating another person
  • Names of other companies, product names of other companies, expressions comparing the Company or its products to other companies, etc.
  • Advertisements or affiliates, etc., for the purpose of advertising and solicitation
  • Posting or transmitting harmful computer programs, etc.
  • Use of Official Accounts, posts and comments by minors
  • Comments containing content not related to the content of the Official Accounts
  • Content judged to be contrary to the terms and conditions of use of each social media service
  • Comments and works judged inappropriate by the administrator in the operation of the Official Accounts

Precautions Regarding Posted Content and Information

  • Information such as comments, images, videos, etc., posted by users on Official Accounts may be displayed in printed materials, bulletins, websites, etc., for the purposes of advertising, promotion, and encouraging customers to visit stores / restaurants, without the consent of the user in question. Even in such cases, the Company is not obligated to display the name of the user who made the original post. Even if the content posted is similar to products that the Company may develop, announce or sell in the future, the user who posted will not be compensated or have any rights associated with such development.
  • Copyrights of posts and comments distributed from Official Accounts and other rights to content such as images and videos belong to the Official Accounts and rights holders recognized by the Official Accounts.
  • The Official Accounts do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of information with regard to the content of their posts and comments.

Changes to Services, Terms and Conditions

The Company may change these Community Guidelines without the users' consent.

Privacy Policy

When acquiring personal information from users, the Company will manage it appropriately based on its Personal Information Protection Policy and handling of personal information.
