Policy and Approach

Skylark's basic policy for IR activities is to disclose information about the Company to shareholders, investors and other stakeholders in a fair, timely and appropriate manner.
Through communication with shareholders and investors, we aim to increase management transparency and maximize corporate value.

General Meeting of Shareholders

Early Notification of General Meeting of Shareholders Convocation notices are posted early on TDnet, the voting right exercising platform and the Company’s website prior to delivery to shareholders, to enable sufficient deliberation of proposals for discussion at the General Meeting of Shareholders by shareholders.
Scheduling Annual General Meetings Avoiding Peak Days The Company's business year ends in December. The regular Annual General Meeting of Shareholders is held in March every year, and therefore is not during peak period.
Exercising of Voting Rights by Electronic Methods The Company has introduced systems for shareholders to exercise their voting rights via the Internet (including devices such as smartphones).
Participation in Electronic Voting Platforms and Other Initiatives to Enhance the Environment for Institutional Investors to Exercise Their Voting Rights The Company has participated in electronic voting platforms since the 5th Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (held on March 30, 2016).
Provision of Summaries of Convocation Notices in English The Company prepares English versions of convocation notices and reference documents (summary versions) and discloses them on TDnet, the electronic platform for exercising voting rights, and the Company's website.

Information Disclosure on Our Website The Company has established a dedicated IR site on its website, through which it discloses information about the Company to investors, including overseas investors.

Skylark was selected as one of 122 companies with Overall AA-ranked sites in the All-Japan Listed Companies’ Website Ranking 2021 by Nikko Investor Relations Co., Ltd. (Nikko IR).
The All-Japan Listed Companies’ Website Ranking is selected and announced by Nikko IR by conducting surveys of the websites of all 3,888 listed companies, based on objective evaluation criteria established from the three viewpoints of ease of understanding, ease of use, and abundance of information.
We will continue to disclose information in a timely and appropriate manner and strive to deepen the level of understanding of our stakeholders, including shareholders and investors.
