Anti-takeover Measures
The Company has not introduced any ant-takeover measures and there are no plans to do so at this time. If we consider introducing such measures in the future, we shall fulfill our fiduciary by considering carefully the responsibility and necessity of the measures, and providing sufficient explanations to our shareholders.
Policy Regarding Cross-shareholdings.
We have no record of holding listed shares for policy purposes, and there are no plans to do so at this time. If we consider holding listed stocks for policy purposes in the future, we shall formulate policy for reduction of cross-shareholdings of listed stocks in advance and implement it after appropriate consideration. In such cases, we shall appropriately disclose the policy, the results of verification of the appropriateness of individual holdings, and the criteria for exercising voting rights related to the listed shares held under the policy.
