Place of Origin

All rice dishes served at our restaurants are made with domestically produced rice, except for the following items (*).

"Chinese rice wrapped in lotus leaves" (Bamiyan) uses rice produced in China.

Gusto, Bamiyan, Syabu-yo, Jonathan’s, Yumean, Steak Gusto, Karayoshi, Musashinomori Coffee,
Aiya, Grazie Gardens, Totoyamichi, chawan, La Ohana, Tonkaratei, Yumean Shokudo, Miwami
*Brands of Nilax Corporation and Tomato & Associates, Inc. are excluded.

Origin of Major Food Ingredients by Brand

In accordance with the "Guidelines for Disclosure of Origin of Food Service Products," the Company discloses the place of origin of meat, which is the main ingredient of its products.

*Order of ingredients are not based on the amount of each ingredients
*Fresh vegetables are supplied from various regions according to the season/harvest conditions.
*The information listed for each brand is for in-store dining, take-out, and delivery. For information on products purchased through online and retail stores, please refer to "EC store of Skylark Group" below.
