Examples of Initiatives

Target Percentage of Employees Undergoing Health Checks: 100%

We have set a target of 100% of full-time employees undergoing health checks and are working toward this target on a Group-wide basis every year. We have established a follow-up system for employees to receive support from their superiors so that they can receive necessary medical examinations without fail.

Women's Health

We recommend that not only insured persons but also dependents undergo gynecological checkups.

Measures to Prevent the Aggravation of Disease

The results of health checkups are shared between the company and its Health Insurance Society, and treatment and medication are confirmed for eligible employees while giving care and consideration to the protection of personal information.

Smoking Cessation Project

Prior to the enforcement of the Act on Prevention of Passive Smoking, we implemented a 100% smoking ban on the premises of all Group stores and restaurants. Since 2014, the Company and its Health Insurance Society have been conducting a joint campaign to help employees quit smoking.
