We also offer low-allergen menus, so that children with food allergies can still enjoy eating out. Skylark Group will continue to develop products with consideration for people with food allergies.

Notes on Allergy Information

  1. Even for the same menu item, ingredients may be subject to change without notice.
    Please check the allergen information on this website each time you use our restaurants.
    Allergen information is updated at the same time as changes to ingredients.
  2. For products (such as sauces and dressings) that can be chosen by customers, please refer to allergen information for both the main product and the sauces / dressings you have chosen.
    • *Condiments such as soy sauce, ketchup, mustard, tabasco, that you may add are not included in the allergen information.
  3. Search results on Skylark Group Allergen Information Website do not take into account (i.e., display) cases where other allergens are unintentionally mixed in trace amounts during central kitchen manufacturing, cooking at stores or serving processes.
    Cooking utensils, tableware, batters (breadcrumbs and tempura flour), frying oil and other ingredients are stored in a shared storage area.
    • Udon and soba noodles are manufactured and cooked at the same location.
    • Hamburg steaks are manufactured at the same location and shared facilities.
    • Drink bar products are not covered by the allergen information search on this website. Various drinks are dispensed from a shared spout.
    • Seafood used in some products is collected by a fishing method in which shrimp and crab are mixed in.
  4. Since sensitivity to allergens varies from person to person, please consult with a specialist and make a final judgment on your side.
  5. Nutritional value is calculated based on analysis values obtained at an inspection institution and numerical values from the Standard Tables of Food Composition in Japan.
    Actual values may change depending on cooking conditions, so please use values provided only as a reference.
