ISO Certifications

In order to continuously promote environmental measures at our 10 central kitchens and distribution centers nationwide, we have established a system to consolidate environmental impact data, set environmental targets, manage the implementation status, and review these measures, in accordance with international standards for environmental management. In addition, food safety and occupational health and safety, which were previously managed by individual systems, have been reorganized as a series of systems, and ISO 22000 and ISO 45001 standards are being applied.
In June 2022, we obtained ISO20400 certification, an international standard for sustainable procurement, in some categories, and in September 2023, the scope of registration was expanded.
In November 2023, we obtained independent third-party assurance from the Japan Management Association for greenhouse gas emissions (Scope 1, Scope 2, and Scope 3 Category 1) in fiscal 2022 to ensure the reliability of our environmental data.
