Organizational Structure for Promoting Sustainability
Establishment of a Group Sustainability Committee
Under the supervision of the Board of Directors, the Sustainability Committee, which is chaired by the President, vice-chaired by the Chief Sustainability Officer (CSO), and includes the Chairman of the Board, Executive Officers, and Presidents of Group companies, is the decision-making body for sustainability-related initiatives. The committee is responsible for the formulation of company-wide policies and targets, monitoring of materiality, and the establishment and maintenance of systems to ensure ongoing implementation of sustainability measures.
